Description
Dual Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines include a capability for Ultrasonic Cleaning paired with Rinsing. These machines are engineered to reduce the labor involved in manually cleaning and rinsing the parts.
Created specifically to clean tough ferrous and non-ferrous components with oil, coolant, shavings, dirt, burrs, and other similar impurities. The entire machine is constructed using Stainless Steel 316 L and 304 L with a sheet thickness ranging from 2.5 mm to 2 mm.
The machine is equipped with a hinged door featuring dedicated drain valves and includes two material handling baskets. Tank 1 features high-powered ultrasonic cleaning, whereas Tank 2 includes rinsing with the option for anti-rust passivation chemicals.
Additional optional selections with the machine include the following –
1) Filter setups for both the tanks
2) Oil Skimmer setups for each of the tanks
3) Flood washing via injection / Bubbling in both tanks
4) Touch Screen operation option
5) Choice to Include Dryer Tank
6) Automation Choice – Dunking / Pneumatic material lifting & lowering
