Brass Shiner

Description

It is a an organic acid based / citric acid based excellent brass shiner cheimcal for industrial usage. Hisashi Brass Shiner can work with nomial or ambient temperature however it works best at 50 deg cel.

Methods of usage: 

1) Immersion : Add 10% to 15% of Brass Shiner with RO Water (example – in 1 Liter of RO Water add 150 ml of Brass Shiner). Saturate or Dip the components in the solution for 15 – 20 minutes. Brush gently with brass brush or soft brush. Repeat if necessary

2) Ultrasonic Cleaning: Add: 5% – 10% of Brass Shiner with RO Water in Ultrasonic cleaning machine. Heat the solution at 50 Deg cel. Ultrasonic cleaning time 5 Minutes – 10 Minutes. Repeat if necessary
