Single Tank Multi Chamber TCE / Vapor Degreaser Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

This is a fully automated Ultrasonic TCE Based / Vapor degreaser system for Precision Cleaning. Process Flow as under:

1) operator load components in the material handling basket
2) operator loads the basket in the ultrasonic cleaning machine
3) Door closes (operator press two buttons together for process initiation)
4) basket travels to the bottom of the tank via pneumatic
5) basket with material is dipped in TCE at 50 Deg Cel
6) after socking for about 2 minutes, ultrasonic cleaning starts
7) after a pre-decided ultrasonic cycle, the basket automatically moves up
8) basket stops at a vapor zone with cooling coils / dipping point
9) material is dried using TCE Vapours
10) material comes out dry and clean
