The Three Tank Semi-Automatic Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine features a three-tank configuration designed for high-performance ultrasonic cleaning, followed by a hot water injection flood washing, rinsing, and final draining process. This machine includes three types of filtration systems and an oil skimmer tank to eliminate floating oil and contaminants from the ultrasonic tank. It operates through a PLC/HMI system with an easy-to-use touch interface, making it user-friendly. All process parameters can be adjusted via the HMI, and a dedicated heat adjustment feature allows for continuous monitoring of these parameters. After loading the products into the basket, the machine uses pneumatic fittings to lower the basket into the tank. Options for dunking, ultrasonic cleaning, and filtration are available, and once the cleaning cycle is finished, all three baskets automatically rise. The operator simply needs to push the basket to the next station to proceed to the subsequent process, moving from input to output.
